There is voter fraud – the Republicans are doing it in Wisconsin.
A group of self-identified conservatives say they plan to sabotage the effort to recall Wisconsin GOP Gov. Scott Walker, which begins on Tuesday, by burning and shredding recall petitions they’ve collected and misleading Wisconsinites about the recall process. This is a felony and if they are identified can spend up to 3.5 years in jail. These plans, discussed in Facebook posts that were first reportedby the blog PolitiScoop, entail posing as recall supporters and gathering signatures, only to later destroy the petitions. They also include telling Wisconsinites that they can only sign one recall petition (which is false—they can sign different petitions as long as they each correspond to a different organization) and directing signature collectors to the homes of registered sex offenders.…
In one post, Will R. Jenkins says, “I’ll be able to destroy 15-20K signatures.” If things go well, he adds, he might even “be able to destroy upwards of 15-20% of the entire collected ballots in the state of Wisconsin”:Jenkins’ Facebook profile lists his profession as “UNION SLAVE LABORER” at the Kenosha Unified School District, located in southeast Wisconsin. His description reads, “Dealing with white trash, illegal immigrants, and criminal gang black kids isn’t fun and games.” Jenkins’ interests are listed as “Greeting A Liberal,” “Beating A Liberal,” Strangling A Liberal,” Burying a Dead Body,” and “Having a Few Beers.”
Both MoJo and PolitiScoop post a number of other Facebook screenshots detailing plans for other types of sabotage by others as well. According to WI Government Accountability Board (G.A.B.) spokesman Reid Magney, such actions would constitute Class I felonies.
According to Kroll, Magney says that “destroying or defacing an official recall petition would violate state law” and carry “a maximum fine of $10,000 and up to three-and-a-half years in jail.”
As a fish rots from the head down, Walker himself has already helped set the WI GOP standard for playing fast and loose with election statutes. On November 4th, a supporter of his launched his own fake ”Recall Walker” initiative, allowing the Governor to begin raising funds in advance of the real recall effort. As TMP’s Kleefeld reports, “Under Wisconsin law, the target of a recall effort is able to raise unlimited amounts of money.”
Now we know that there is voter fraud and the Republicans are doing it in Wisconsin. Republicans hate Democracy because -in a truly democratic republic, every vote is equal. My vote is as good as David Koch’s and Republicans call that socialiasm. So they lie, cheat and steal to insure that their votes count and mine don’t. Looking forward to Will R. Jenkins getting used to a jail cell.

Who is this “they” that Patrick referes to? “They” who hate democracy? Sounds to me like a couple of hot heads have lifted a chapter out of the Saul Alinskey ACORN handbook. At least they’re not backed by the Republican Party, or by the vast majority of Republicans. The same could not be said about ACORN or the Whether Underground which, when headed by Professor Bill Ayres, bombed the Math Building at the University of Wisconsin.
Wow you have to go all the way back to the 1970s to find anything bad to say about the Left. And those were self-avowed radicals, what were talking about here is run of the mill regular Republicans.
And yes, “They” are Republicans. REPUBLICANS confessing to tampering with Democracy by committing FELONY FRAUD to destroy Democratic votes. You cant blame anyone else, and if you dare defend their treasonous actions, then everyone should start blaming YOU too.
